Tamarind Punch
Ingredients
1 bottle tamarind syrup 1/2 pt water 1/4 pt rim sugar to taste (if necessary) dash of bitters 2 bottles cream soda pieces of ice
Instructions
Mix the syrup, water, and rum. Add sugar, if necessary, and a dash of bitters. Immediately before serving, add cream soda. Add a solid piece of ice and serve. Makes 6-8 glasses
