Shrimp New Orleans Style

Ingredients

Preparation Time: Quick

 1 pound shrimp, (any size) peeled and deveined
 2 stalks celery, chopped
 10 pieces okra, sliced
 1 tablespoon bacon grease
 1/2 onion, chopped
 1 ounce TryMe Tiger Sauce
 6 ounces V-8 juice

Instructions

Sauté shrimp in bacon grease to seal in juice quicker and add to a country flavor. Add other ingredients and simmer for a few minutes. Serve over steamed rice and garnish with a wedge of lemon. Serves 4.
